Diversified PPGI Panel

What is PPGI panel?

PPGI panel is made of galvanized sheet and aluminum-zinc coated plate, using aluminum zinc magnesium, zinc aluminum magnesium, aluminum magnesium manganese, stainless steel as the base material, processing surface pre-treatment, roller coating method, multi-layer liquid coating, them finishing it by baking and cooling. The coating, such as polyester/PE, silicon modified polyester/SMP, high durability polyester/HDP and polyvinylidene fluoride(fluorocarbon)/PVDF with high sealing performance, has excellent durability, corrosion resistance and formability.


Selection of Coating for PPGI Panel

PE: Large usage, general durability, good hardness and flexibility of coating, cost-saving.
SMP: Good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, good external durability, gloss retention and flexibility.
HDP: Excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, high durability and anti-pulverization, good film adhesion and rich color.
PVDF: Good formability and color retention, excellent durability, and resistance to powdering and solvent.
The service life of the coating on the color coated board is gradually improved from top to bottom.

What is cold storage sandwich panel?

The cold storage sandwich panel adopts high-quality color steel sheet, stainless steel sheet and other precision profiled metal materials as the panel, and uses the Italian EKO 6+1 multi-component machine foaming light polyurethane rigid foam as the core material to form a new composite board. The finished polyurethane cold storage board has the technical characteristics of low thermal conductivity, high closed cell rate and strong load force, which can effectively prevent the cold storage inside and outside due to the high temperature. Therefore, it can reduce the industrial loss of cold storage and improve the work efficiency.
